Why Us?

Building a home or renovating, can be one of the most stressful things you’ll ever do. From frustrating delays, to issues you never could have imagined and sometimes - the dream of what you want, not quite matching the reality of what you get. But, it doesn’t have to be that way.

You can hand over the tedious, stressful part of managing your building project, to a professional with over 25 years experience in the construction industry and who has seen it all. Someone who gets you and most importantly, will get you the result you want. With no stress!

Sarah Heys, Director of the Built Element, offers project management consulting services. Sarah can manage the entire project for you, end to end, from establishing the scope and viability through to ensuring the build stays on schedule and on budget.

Why use a Project Manager?

Taking on the project management yourself, is akin to having a second full-time job, consider if you actually have the time to undertake another ball juggling act. If you do not have good project oversight, expertise and control of all the risks and variables your project can quickly get out of hand. Engaging a Project Manager is an investment which ensures you get what you are expecting with no hidden surprises.

Testimonials

We engaged Sarah of The Built Element to Project Manage the refurbishment of our mother’s house prior to sale. She proactively set the scope of works and budget, sourced and managed the trades and found us a great Sales Agent who procured a fantastic sale price.

I don’t believe we would have secured such a high price without Sarah’s excellent attention to detail and determined work. We can’t recommend Sarah highly enough, she is efficient, organised and has a deep knowledge base and network which she draws as required.

The Built Element Rocks! It was so great to be able to engage a female Project Manager! Sarah’s skill set resulted in the best outcome for us, on budget and on time, being a great negotiator, she made everything seem so easy. Thank you Sarah!
